Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for supporting the work of Keith Wakefield. Each book is packed with care, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please review the policies below before completing your purchase.

1. Standard (Unsigned) Copies

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in resellable condition.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

2. Signed Copies

  • All sales are final.

  • Because each signed copy is unique, we can only offer replacements for books that arrive damaged during shipping or if the wrong item was sent.

  • Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.

3. Digital Downloads

  • Digital products (such as e-books or PDFs) are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  1. Email contact@keithwakefield.me within 7 days.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description, and a photo of the issue.

  3. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
